following orders of the STATE and COUNTY government, but I am not
interested in ruining anyone's life. I am merely seeking justice for
the damage done to me and the culpability of the STATE OF OREGON and
COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE'S in contributing greatly to the death of my
wife.
